U&Creative | London | Fixed-term / Contract - 3 months. UKTV is looking for a Digital Creative consultant to join us at a pivotal moment of transformation and growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape how creative work is produced, scaled and optimised across our portfolio of leading entertainment brands. We’re seeking a hands‑on creative leader who blends exceptional craft with emerging technology—someone who can elevate creative quality while reimagining how work gets made in a fast‑moving, multi‑platform environment.

About the Role

Sitting at the intersection of creativity, audience insight, technology and performance, you’ll help drive new approaches to:

  • Scalable and modular content creation
  • AI‑enabled workflows and automation

You’ll collaborate across creative, production, media and insight teams, testing and evolving new ways of working that improve both output and effectiveness.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Introduce smarter, faster ways to create content using AI and emerging tools
  • Build templates and systems to scale content efficiently across platforms
  • Test and optimise new production approaches with cross‑functional teams

Performance & Audience Creative

  • Use audience insight, data and platform understanding to shape creative
  • Develop modular, testable content designed for iteration and optimisation
  • Elevate creative standards through strong ideas and execution
  • Lead by example with a “maker mindset”—from concept through to delivery

What You Bring

  • Strong experience in a creative agency, broadcaster, publisher or in‑house team
  • A standout portfolio showcasing concept, craft and execution
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
  • Expertise in motion design, editing and digital content creation
  • Deep understanding of social‑first and platform‑native content
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with speed and commercial impact
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience in entertainment, media, or broadcast environments
