Application Support Analyst (Broadcast Systems)

As a Support & Change Analyst, you\'ll be the go‑to expert for technical support and change management across UKTV’s digital and broadcast products. From VOD platforms to linear playout systems, you’ll ensure smooth operations and drive continuous improvement across our media supply chain.
What You\'ll Be Doing
- Provide 1st/2nd line support for UKTV’s D2C, BVOD, and streaming services
- Manage change requests and coordinate with internal and external teams
- Support AWS infrastructure and cloud‑native broadcast solutions
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and vendors
- Chair CAB meetings when needed to and contribute to CI/CD processes
- Create and maintain documentation and training materials
What We\'re Looking For
- Strong experience in broadcast media support and change management
- Hands‑on knowledge of AWS, Jira, Confluence, and media workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for TV
