As a Customer Support Executive, you will take on varied tasks that blend customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Training provided for all tasks.
- Provide customer and therapist support via email, chat, and phone.
- Conduct client referral calls to match them with the right therapist.
- Create, update, and improve therapist profiles.
- Film therapist profile videos.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Gather and manage customer feedback to enhance our services.
- Attend creative team meetings and contribute to project development.
- Manage therapist bookings.
