As a Customer Support Executive, you will take on varied tasks that blend customer service and administrative support.
- Provide customer and therapist support via email, chat, and phone
- Conduct client referral calls to match them with the right therapist
- Create, update, and improve therapist profiles
- Film therapist profile videos
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless user experience
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions
- Gather and manage customer feedback to enhance our services
- Attend creative team meetings and contribute to project development
- Manage therapist bookings
- Process refunds

Required Skills & Qualifications
