We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and personable individual with a strong interest in the therapy field. This part-time, freelance contractor position is fully remote, making it perfect for someone who loves helping others and thrives in a dynamic environment. As a Customer Support Executive, you will take on varied tasks that blend customer service and administrative support.

  • Training provided for all tasks.
  • Provide customer and therapist support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Conduct client referral calls to match them with the right therapist.
  • Create, update, and improve therapist profiles.
  • Film therapist profile videos.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Gather and manage customer feedback to enhance our services.
  • Attend creative team meetings and contribute to project development.
  • Manage therapist bookings.
  • Process refunds.
  • Handle administrative tasks and data entry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Passion for mental health and therapy.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and support clients.
  • Highly organised and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
