Fast paced busy Manufacturer seeks highly organised Office Manager to be a pivotal key role in the business assisting in the day to day operations.

Key Duties will includes
- Purchase ledger including uploading all purchase invoices
- Manage Supply chain payment expectations
- process Wages Monthly
- Ensure company HR obligations are adhered to
- Ensure H&S is followed and is best practice
- Book all third party transport for customer deliveries
- liaise with customers
- Support managing direct and sales director where required
- Ensure production Staff follow H&S
The successful candidate will have occupied a similar role perhaps within the waste / skip hire industry or hire industry.
Environment within this sector can be noisy and fast paced with tight deadlines
Salary £34k with £6k bonus (bonus paid monthly pro rata)
Hours Monday to Friday 8am start 4pm finish
