Fast paced busy Manufacturer seeks highly organised Office Manager to be a pivotal key role in the business assisting in the day to day operations.

The successful candidate will have great skills as follows:

Key Duties will include:

  • Purchase ledger including uploading all purchase invoices
  • Manage Supply chain payment expectations
  • Process wages monthly
  • Ensure company HR obligations are adhered to
  • Ensure H&S is followed and is best practice
  • Book all third party transport for customer deliveries
  • Liaise with customers
  • Support managing direct and sales director where required
  • Ensure production staff follow H&S

The successful candidate will have occupied a similar role perhaps within the waste / skip hire industry or hire industry. The environment within this sector can be noisy and fast paced with tight deadlines.

Salary £34k with £6k bonus (bonus paid monthly pro rata). Hours Monday to Friday 8am start 4pm finish.
