Weβre looking for a senior ecommerce Design Engineer / Front-End UI Engineer to help us polish and improve the recently relaunched UKSoccershop storefront.
UKSoccershop is a long-established football merchandise ecommerce business with large catalogue, international customer base and a custom Medusa storefront.
The new site is live, but the presentation layer needs a quality uplift.
We need someone who can review the current site and Figma direction, improve the UI where needed, and implement those improvements directly in our Next. js / Tailwind frontend.
This is not a full redesign, not a backend rebuild, and not a design-only project.
The work will likely cover PDPs, PLPs, product cards, basket, mobile menu, filters, size selectors, personalisation UI, buttons, forms, trust messaging, visual consistency and lightweight visual regression protection.
Weβre looking for someone with
- Strong ecommerce UI judgement
- Excellent React / Next. js / Tailwind skills
- Strong visual design discipline
- Experience with high-SKU ecommerce, apparel, fashion, sports retail or headless commerce
- Ability to improve the live customer-facing experience, not just follow tickets
