Astley is an award-winning UK Company, providing complete signage and graphics solutions from concept design through to final installation. We are currently looking to recruit Fitters and Fitter’s Mates to join our busy installations teams working out of our Gateshead, Leeds and Glasgow sites.
The weekly contracted hours are 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday and may involve both national and international travel; therefore, full flexibility is key. The position is also open to experienced shop fitters whose skill sets can be added to with on-the-job training.
In this role, you will be required to work to high standards and exact deadlines, across a varied and large client base. Skilled fitters should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in installing all types of signs, vinyl application, wall papers, painting and graphics. Fitter’s Mates should have a working knowledge of signage or come from a shop-fitting background.
A clean UK Driving licence is a must. CSCS, PASMA, IPAF and various other industry qualifications would be an advantage but not essential as training & qualifications will be available for the successful applicant.
