The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Site and/or design experience on civil engineering projects, ideally within the water industry. * day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Completing all aspects of Civil engineering design for projects: Briefs, calculations, reviews of other’s designs, risk assessments, drawings, etc. * Coordinating with the CAD Team to create and review drawings / models of their designs. * Coordinating with site delivery teams to get input on constructability and preferred methods of construction. * Input into various reviews of designs, such as HAZOPS, ALMs, Stage Gate reviews. * Completing geotechnical reports and arranging ground investigation works for projects. * Completing site visits to discuss works and preferred techniques with operatives, review designs and installation, and receive feedback on how to improve future designs. * Be familiar with Geotechnical design. * Be familiar with reinforced concrete design. * Be familiar with temporary works design. * Have a full UK driving license, and are happy to travel/have their own transport for site visits within the Yorkshire Water area of operation. * Pension: 5% employee, company matched 3%. * Annual leave: 27 days (excluding bank holidays) per year
