UKROEd is seeking an experienced, strategic and influential communications professional to join the organisation as Head of Corporate Communications. This is a worthy opportunity for an individual who can shape and lead a high-performing communications function, strengthen organisational reputation and drive meaningful engagement with key stakeholders across the road safety, policing and wider public sector landscape.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful postholder will play a critical role in developing and delivering UKROEd’s corporate communications strategy. The role is central to ensuring the organisation’s messaging is clear, consistent, proactive and aligned to business priorities, while supporting long-term reputation, visibility and impact.

About the Role

As Head of Corporate Communications, you will lead all aspects of strategic communications activity across the organisation. This includes media relations, reputation management, crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, internal communications, digital channels, branding and content development. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and business leads to ensure communications effectively support operational delivery, strategic objectives and external partnerships. You will also collaborate with communications colleagues across The Road Safety Trust to align messaging and maximise wider sector impact where appropriate.
