As part of our collaborative People Function, you’ll have the chance to work alongside colleagues and senior stakeholders from across Ofgem. With visibility across the organisation and the chance to contribute to important strategic priorities, you’ll be well placed to make your mark and help shape a more informed and effective working environment.
We’re looking for someone with strong analytical capabilities, experience in workforce reporting and excellent attention to detail. You’ll be confident working with complex information, comfortable using reporting tools and able to communicate effectively with a range of audiences. A relevant qualification or equivalent experience will also be essential.
