Proven expertise in advanced purchasing techniques, including handling above-threshold procurements, and hands-on experience with platforms like the Jaggaer eSourcing system. Track record of successfully managing and delivering medium to high-value, complex procurement projects—from initial customer engagement through to contract award—especially outside of category-managed spendSolid background in procurement, with a strong grasp of Government regulations, best practices, and compliance requirements. In-depth knowledge of public sector procurement processes and how to navigate them effectively. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities to build consensus and drive procurement outcomes. Sharp analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions. Experienced in coaching and mentoring colleagues to support professional growth and team success. Specific expertise in Digital, Data, and Technology procurement, adding value in fast-evolving sectors.
