Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Secretary of governance meetings, including note‑taking.
- Organisation of meetings and governance boards.
- Data collation and review to support PMO processes.
- Management of the department’s small‑works process and progress monitoring.
- Review and maintenance of risk registers and RAID logs.
- Support to project managers in project delivery.
- Maintenance of the PMO SharePoint site.
- Creation and maintenance of guidance documentation and project templates.
Entry Requirements
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above).
- A‑level 3 qualification (e.g., A‑levels, BTEC, T‑level or Level 3 apprenticeship).
- Awareness of basic health and safety.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to learn, both in the workplace and through formal training.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn about working in a project office environment.
- Organised, with effective time‑management skills.
- Team player, confident working independently.
