The BRASA UofT Mentorship Program is a new initiative launching in the 2025-2026 academic year. Designed by the Brazilian Student Association (BRASA) at the University of Toronto, the program aims to foster academic and social integration among Brazilian undergraduate students through peer-to-peer support. The program connects upper-year students with incoming or early-year students to help them navigate academic life at U of T, explore campus resources, and feel more connected to the university community.

Participants will engage in:

  • One-on-one mentorship based on academic background, interests, and campus
  • Monthly check-ins and open communication throughout the academic year
  • Optional involvement in additional activities such as thematic workshops (e.g., study strategies, campus resources, summer opportunities)
  • Community newsletters with curated tips, peer advice, and event highlights

Students who actively participate in the mentorship program will be eligible for recognition on their Co-Curricular Record (CCR).
