About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Pre-Construction Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career within the construction industry but who may be unsure which specialist route to pursue. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain exposure to multiple areas of the business including estimating, commercial, procurement and project administration, providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with take-offs and quantity measurements
- Supporting the buying and procurement process
- Assisting with commercial duties and project documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the pre-construction team
- Maintaining accurate records and project information
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day pre-construction activities
