Job Title: Internal Site Manager – £75m Residential Scheme Location: London Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Package Company: Tier 1 Main Contractor Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Opportunity Are you an experienced Internal Site Manager looking to work on a landmark residential project in London? We are recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor with a stellar reputation for delivering high-quality, complex developments across the UK. They are seeking a skilled Internal Site Manager to oversee the internal works on a prestigious £75m residential scheme. This flagship project includes: * A 20-storey residential tower with 188 units * An 8-storey senior living block providing 71 units * A 4-storey building comprising 6 large high-spec apartments You will play a critical role in managing the internal fit-out works from 1st fix through to final handover, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met.
