UKR GROUP is seeking a proven 360 White Collar Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performance team. This is a true 360 role. You will be responsible for generating your own business, managing client relationships, and most importantly, consistently filling your own vacancies. While you will also receive roles from our BDM team, success in this position is driven by your ability to win work and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions.
