Are you a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for turning construction visions into reality?

We are seeking a talented Construction Project Planner to join our growing team and contribute to the success of exciting projects. If you thrive in a demanding environment, excel in strategic planning, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

You will develop and manage a Level 2 programme in Primavera on behalf of the Client alongside other Client planners, across a varied portfolio of works.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Be

  1. Review of programme elements of scope documents as part of procurement.
  2. Interfacing with supply chain to review Programmes in accordance with NEC4 requirements (e.g. Clause 31, Clause 32, and Compensation Event Programmes).
  3. Updating progress in the Level 2 from Supply Chain and Client project teams and reviewing forecasting for remaining works.
  4. Manage programme interfaces between different projects and suppliers.

This is an exciting time to join this Programme Delivery Team, the environment is both challenging and highly rewarding.

What We Need

You will need a good understanding of various forms of tender documents, contract documents and specifications.

We also need you to demonstrate substantial experience of planning services in medium to large sized projects within the construction industry and regulated industries. It is essential you have experience in managing schedules on NEC Projects.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular; Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent Primavera (P6) knowledge.

Security Requirements

You must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.

Location

This position is hybrid with time spent in Glasgow at the Client’s office.
