We're building the UK commercial team for an established global ingredients business serving the nutraceutical and supplement sector. You'll get the agility of a growing UK operation, backed by the reach and supply-chain depth of an international group.

We supply to the people who make the products on the shelves: formulators, brand owners, contract manufacturers and retailers across the supplement and nutraceutical sector. This is your chance to get in early as we grow our UK presence.

This is a genuine career-builder role, not a churn-and-burn sales floor. The track here is Junior ? Account Manager ? Business Development Manager in 23 years, not 5+.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and managing relationships with supplement and nutraceutical customers across the UK
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities and growing existing accounts
  • Learning the full commercial cycle: sourcing, pricing, supply chain from people who know the market
  • Working to clear, achievable targets with commission on top of a solid base

Who we're looking for:

  • Around 1-3 years' commercial, sales or account experience or a strong graduate ready to learn (science, nutrition or food-science backgrounds are a real plus, but not essential)
  • A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
  • Curious, coachable and ambitious to progress quickly
  • No portable client book required - we want potential, not a pre-built network

What you'll get:

  • £28,000 - £30,000 base + £6,000 - £10,000 OTE in year one
  • Hybrid working
  • Genuine progression with international exposure across a global group
  • Early-stage role with real ownership as the UK team scales
