A fantastic and well-established company with a completely unique opportunity to become a part-owner of a rapidly growing company. Established 30 years ago, they specialise in data management solutions. Recently, the founders relinquished their shareholdings to allow their employees to all take a part-share in the company, creating a shared vision to grow the company to a new level.
Ideally, you will have some sales experience within the data industry. This could be in a comparable business development role, or perhaps in a pre-sales capacity, and now you are looking to move into a full business development position.
The company is based in Worcestershire, although you would only be required in the office one day every two weeks. Otherwise, a remote location is acceptable.
Salary is up to £50K with further £50K OTE bonus.
