Medical Sales Representative

Territory Manager, Medical Devices, South West

Excellent basic, 15k OTE, 5% uncapped, and car allowance

Our client is a rapidly expanding force in the sale of surgical equipment to the NHS, with particular focus on orthopaedics. They are looking for a Graduate trainee/ Territory Associate to join their team to manage and develop new accounts in the South West

You will have a strong academic background and ideally demonstrate a solid track record of success and teamwork, both through your sporting background and education. Ideally, you will have some sales experience within the industry. If you are a trainee, you will have thoroughly researched the role of a medical sales professional and demonstrate a genuine desire to succeed within this profession. You will have a couple of years of sales experience. Working in surgical device, the role offers fantastic scope for career progression. The immediate territory will be Hospitals in the North East

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients
• Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations
• Generate potential leads for future sales
• Set and exceed quotas
• Track and report sales in an organized manner
• Communicate effectively with other members of the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree
• A strong sporting background would be ideal
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Solid sales background
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
• Ability to travel to do business
• Full Driving license
