A growing healthcare company with a nationwide customer base, looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead their busy day-to-day operation.

This role is ideal for someone confident with SAP, experienced in goods-in/goods-out workflows, and ready to supervise a small, dedicated team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and organise a small warehouse & logistics team
• Manage goods-in, goods-out, stock control and documentation using SAP
• Oversee imports, delivery planning, and dispatch accuracy
• Maintain full kit logging, stock records, and reporting
• Ensure compliant storage, handling, and distribution of healthcare products
• Coordinate logistics for a UK-wide customer base in the NHS
• Maintain high warehouse standards and drive continuous improvements
• Support all end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations

• Experience as a warehouse or logistics supervisor/team leader
• Strong proficiency with SAP (essential)
• Background in healthcare products or other regulated goods (advantageous)
• Confident leader with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing imports, dispatch, and stock processes
• Proactive, problem-solving approach to daily operations
