I'm partnering with one of the UK's leading spine distributors to find an ambitious, theatre-ready sales professional to take on their London territory. This is a genuine step up for a driven associate or early-career medical device rep who wants real autonomy, a full clinical portfolio, and direct surgeon relationships from day one.
THE ROLE
- You'll build and own the London patch β selling an advanced spinal portfolio (plus biologics, sports medicine, navigation and pain management) to surgeons and theatre teams across the capital.
- You'll become clinically competent to support surgeons directly in theatre, develop your own pipeline, and consistently beat target as the face of the business in London.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build relationships with surgeons, theatre teams and procurement across London hospitals.
- Get into theatre and become a trusted clinical partner during cases.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that win business.
- Own your pipeline end to end β prospect, develop and close.
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1β3 years' medical device / surgical sales experience (spine or orthopaedics strongly advantageous).
- A bachelor's degree in life sciences, business or a related field.
- A true hunter β hungry, resilient and target-driven.
- Credible and comfortable in a clinical / theatre environment.
- Happy to be fully field-based and on the road (this is NOT a work-from-home role).
- Full UK driving licence.
