This company evolved in the middle east, original thriving using a distributor model, but are now accelerating here in the UK with an in house sales team. In their early days, their sales team were hired with less experienced and trained on the job. However, they are now migrating to a newer approach of hiring established animal healthcare experts. As such they are seeking someone with a strong track record in consumables within the veterinary sector. Location is flexible although there would a requirement to visit their offices in the North West every twos weeks or so. They are very sales focused and so have one of the strongest rewards systems on the industry.
