The Opportunity
This is a rare player-coach role where you'll personally close enterprise deals while laying the foundations of a scalable sales function. You'll own the full cycle — from outbound through to negotiation and close — and work directly alongside the CEO to shape go-to-market strategy across pharma, biotech, CROs, and NHS.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, ideally into pharma, biotech, CROs, or clinical research organisations
- Demonstrated ability to close enterprise deals with ACVs of £100k–£1M+
- Experience scaling a SaaS business at early-to-growth stage (£1M–£100M ARR)
- Global sales exposure across EMEA, North America, and/or APAC
- Masters or PhD in Business, STEM, or a related discipline
- Comfortable running technical demos and selling complex software to multiple buyer types
