As a Maintenance Electrician at UKNNL you will be performing routine maintenance on a wide range of Electrical and Instrumentation plant systems. You will also carry out project work, breakdown repairs and safe isolations.
Ideal Candidate
- Time served Electrician or Instrument Mechanic holding recognised apprenticeship (e.g. NVQ level 3 Electrical Instrumentation or equivalent).
- Able to understand single-line electrical drawings, instructions and manuals.
- Proficient in English and Maths.
- Become Developed Vetting cleared (this includes but is not limited to identity, employment, financial, criminal record checks, interview plus 10 years of UK residency).
- Self-motivated, driven and resilient.
- Able to make correct and informed decisions under pressure.
- Evidence of self-motivation with demonstrable levels of drive, energy and resilience.
- Required to become Appointed as a Nominated Person Electrical.
Desirable Criteria
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Operation & Maintenance requirements associated with their area.
- Knowledge of maintenance programmes and company standards/industry best practice.
- IOSHH Working Safely.
