A fantastic position for a recent graduate, first/second jobber, or someone at the beginning of their IT journey. You will be expected to provide first-line IT support in-person, via email or over the phone to a wide range of end users; thus, good communication skills are essential for this role.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in technology, is hardworking, willing to learn and passionate about helping others solve problems. Our operations include weekend work, so we are looking for someone who can commit to working on weekends (not all weekends though!); this will be discussed in detail during interview.

You will be exposed to a wide range of technologies and gain invaluable hands-on IT experience which, for the right person, can open doors to a long-lasting career in IT. If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check and verify new IT equipment upon arrival.
  • Configure and install new hardware and software as required.
  • Replenish IT consumables across various UKME locations.
  • Maintain stock levels of IT consumables to ensure availability.
  • Set up mobile phones and peripheral devices for users.
  • Provide first-line support by working on the IT Service Desk when needed.
  • Deliver and set up IT equipment at different sites as required.
  • Represent the IT Department on client sites.
  • Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Working knowledge of basic IT principles (Essential)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office solutions (Essential)
