The Role
As a Florist Helper, you will play a key supporting role in the preparation and presentation of floral displays, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the floristry service. Working closely with the Florist, you will contribute to delivering an elegant and high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of floral arrangements in line with specifications
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked workspace
- Support the team in keeping up to date with floral and interior design trends
- Assist across the department as required and attend team meetings
- Report maintenance issues and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
- Support stock control and inventory management
- Carry out any additional tasks as required by management
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated individual with:

- Previous experience in a high-quality service environment (5 star or luxury setting desirable)
