About Us

We are seeking an Electrician to ensure the safe installation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical systems across our client properties, while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

The Role
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical installations, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring all systems are safe, compliant, and functioning efficiently. Your work will help maintain the integrity and reliability of our property infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and modify electrical systems (single and three-phase).
  • Conduct testing, inspection, and certification of electrical installations and distribution boards.
  • Maintain and install LED and emergency lighting systems.
  • Perform internal and external wiring repairs, and diagnose electrical faults.
  • Work on plant room equipment including motors, pumps, and fan coil units (FCUs).
  • Read and follow schematic drawings and site plans accurately.
  • Coordinate with specialist contractors to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Participate in seasonal shifts and on-call rotations as required.

What We\’re Looking For
We are seeking a professional with:

  • Recognised City & Guilds NVQ qualifications.
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition BS7671 (Essential).
  • C&G 2391 (or 2394/2395) for Inspection, Testing & Certification (Essential).
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installations.
  • Full clean UK driving licence (Essential).
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
