Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in City Of London for a Mandarin-speaking Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day property management tasks, including tenant communication, property maintenance coordination, lease management, and financial reporting. Additionally, the role involves liaising with landlords, investors, and developers to ensure optimal property performance and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Experience in property management, including lease management and tenant communication
• Skills in property maintenance coordination and financial reporting
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of the UK real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor\’s degree in property management, real estate, business administration, or related field
