Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in London for a Property Manager who is proficient in both English and Mandarin. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, handling tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and maintaining relationships with landlords and investors. The role also involves conducting property inspections, preparing lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. A significant part of the role will include communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
• Experience in property management and tenant relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle maintenance coordination and property inspections
• Familiarity with preparing lease agreements and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor\’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field
