- Supervise children in designated play areas, including the marquee and inflatables, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Plan and organise creative activities and events, such as treasure hunts and performing arts, tailored to different age groups.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of play areas and equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Conduct daily safety checks of the inflatables area and arrange for repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Source and purchase items for the marquee and assist in planning its setup each season.
- Provide first aid and take appropriate action in the event of accidents or emergencies.
- Care for and ensure the well-being of any animals belonging to the client, reporting any concerns to the Office Manager.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers for the children's play equipment, reporting any issues immediately.
- Research ideas and refine proposals for both inflatables and arcade games.
- Help in the planning and execution of birthday parties and events for the children.
- Provide cover for colleagues during absences.
- Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position. Experience in a similar role working with children.
- Current First Aid qualification.
