As we continue our journey of rapid growth, we are looking for a CRM Executive to join our growing team and support our mission to deliver exceptional online shopping experiences for our customers.

As the CRM Executive, you’ll play a key role in UKLASH's CRM strategy across Email, Loyalty, SMS and Direct Mail. You’ll report to the Senior CRM Manager and support in developing strategies that drive retention channel revenue and future business growth.

  • Create, build, and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels (using Klaviyo).
  • Develop segmentation strategies to deliver personalised content based on customer behaviour, preferences, and lifecycle stage.
  • Own the optimisation of automated flows (welcome series, replenishment, win-back, loyalty, etc.).
  • Weekly CRM reporting and analytics - track performance metrics, highlight insights, and make recommendations to improve retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • Support internationalisation efforts by adapting CRM campaigns for new markets, localising messaging, and helping to drive customer growth in key international territories.
  • Support new product launches and promotions through CRM-led initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative and copy teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through, and conversion performance.
  • Maintain database hygiene and compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
  • Work on CRM activity for our new brand, Groa - including developing and executing email plans, supporting design direction, and driving database growth.

Minimum 2+ years in CRM programs, staying updated with CRM trends. Experience using Figma (or similar) and confidence in inputting copy and design assets into templates as part of the design process. Proactive in using AI tools for copywriting, design ideation, and workflow efficiency, whilst maintaining brand tone and creativity. Understanding of GDPR and best practices in email marketing. Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and campaign performance metrics. Excellent time management, communication and attention to detail.

Hybrid working - 2 days a week in London office.

Discretionary annual bonus of up to 10%, based on personal and business performance targets.

25 days + bank holidays.
