groa beauty is the newest brand to launch under the UKLASH group. groa is a high-performance beauty brand designed specifically for Gen Z and Gen Alpha.

Launched in 2025, groa combines over 20 years of lash growth innovation with science-backed, prostaglandin-free, peptide-powered formulas at an accessible price point.

As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for a confident, creative, and content-obsessed Social Media Marketing Exec to join our growing team and support social and influencer tactics targeting Gen-Z and Gen Alpha audiences.

This is an exciting hybrid role that blends content creation, community engagement, influencer support, and hands-on brand storytelling.

You’ll play a key part in producing scroll-stopping social content, hosting lives, supporting Tik Tok Shop activity, and bringing campaigns to life through creators and brand activations.

As part of a fast-paced, collaborative marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to put your creativity at the heart of a high-growth beauty brand, shaping the content our audience sees, strengthening our community, and supporting impactful partnerships that drive awareness and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social
  • Lead the social content calendar - from trends to challenges to product storytelling, you’ll keep our presence fresh and scroll-stopping.
  • Plan, script, shoot, and edit social-first content (both short-form video and live recaps) that aligns with brand campaigns and key product launches, including filming in our key retailer locations.
  • Schedule all social posts, writing captions that are on brand and inherit the groa tone of voice and monitor performance.
  • Manage community engagement - respond to comments, build relationships, and support the growth of a positive, inclusive space.
  • Create content for our Paid Ads Team, to use across our paid social strategy and work closely with them on content boosting
  • Support the Retail Team with content to support key retail partners BAU and launches.
  • Monitor performance using key metrics and analytics to provide feedback, improve content, and hit KPIs.
  • Support Tik Tok Live sessions to engage, educate, and entertain our growing community
  • Stay ahead of social trends, creators, and platform updates, constantly bringing new ideas to the table.
  • Create shot lists for social-led brand shoots and execute on set
  • Build content rollout plans for events, NPDs and campaigns
  • Influencer & Activations
  • Support our UGC program, sourcing creators and briefing content that will resonate across groa channels.
  • Attend influencer, consumer and PR events as required, assisting with planning, setup and capturing content for all groa channels.
  • Identify relevant influencers for our global influencer team, supporting with content briefing that will resonate across groa channels.

About You

  • Be a natural on camera - confident, personable, and quick-thinking, with a strong grasp of what works on live and know how to connect with an audience in real time.
  • You live and breathe social trends, especially in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle space.
  • Strong video editing skills - you know your way around editing tools (possibly Cap Cut or similar apps).
  • Creative thinker with a solid understanding of content strategy, social performance, and platform nuances.
  • Excellent writing skills with a flair for crafting engaging captions and brand-aligned copy.
  • You’re a self-starter, full of initiative, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Passionate about beauty and confident in representing a brand you believe in.
  • Bonus points - experience marketing to a US audience
