At UKLASH, we’re redefining natural beauty with powerful, effective essentials that deliver real results. As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial EU Market Manager to own and grow our EU market. This is a high-impact role with full ownership of EU performance across all channels, from digital and social to retail and PR. You’ll be responsible for shaping market strategy, leading campaign execution, and driving sustainable growth, working closely with freelancers and central teams to bring the brand to life locally.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, ambitious team focused on scaling UKLASH into a leading global beauty brand.
Your Role
You’ll be the owner of the EU market, responsible for driving growth, brand awareness, and performance across all touchpoints. From leading campaign strategy to managing local partnerships and ensuring best-in-class execution, you’ll connect the dots across content, creators, retail, and PR. You’ll work closely with our freelancer network (social and influencer/UGC), as well as internal teams across brand, performance, and creative, to deliver cohesive and high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Omni-Channel EU Market Strategy
- Coordinate activities to support the EU growth strategy across DTC, retail, and marketplace
- Identify opportunities to scale revenue, brand awareness, and market share
- Translate global campaigns into locally relevant, high-performing plans
- Own end-to-end campaign execution across:
- Paid media (in collaboration with performance team)
- Organic social (via freelancers)
- Influencer and UGC (via freelancers): End-to-end coordination of paid influencer campaigns (briefing, contracting, delivery, reporting). Management of creator communications, timelines, deliverables, approvals. Tracking partnerships including usage rights, whitelisting, and deadlines. Budget oversight, invoice tracking, and payment coordination.
- PR: Manage PR agencies in EU. Drive local press strategy and brand visibility. Oversee PR budgets and performance.
- Brand activations: Support planning and execution of influencer/brand events in coordination with agencies. Management of guest lists, RSVPs, logistics, gifting, and talent coordination. On-site support including set-up, derig and execution if required. Post-event reporting and evaluation.
- Ensure all channels are aligned, integrated, and driving impact
- Report on EU revenue targets and key KPIs
- Analyse performance across DTC, retail, and campaigns
- Identify optimisation opportunities and growth levers
- Oversee Content & Localisation
- Ensure all content is on-brand, locally relevant, and high-performing
- Review and approve translations across social, website, and campaigns
- Guide freelancers on content direction and priorities
- Manage freelancers across social and influencer/UGC
- Act as the key point of contact for EU across internal teams
- Coordinate with performance, creative, PR, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in a marketing, brand, or market management role
- Strong understanding of the EU beauty market (priority Spain, Germany and Netherlands)
- Experience across multiple channels: social, influencer, PR, and retail
- Commercially driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
- Fluent in Spanish and English, other EU languages a bonus!
