We operate across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and a growing international wholesale and retail footprint spanning the UK, US, EU, Australia, Travel, and salons. As we scale into new retail doors and markets, our operations and supply chain function is central to delivering on that growth reliably and efficiently.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations & Supply Chain Manager to join us on a 12-14 months fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This is a hands-on, senior role responsible for end-to-end operations and supply chain management — from demand & supply planning through to warehousing, logistics, and retail/wholesale fulfilment — across both brands; UKLASH and Gróa.
You will report into the Interim COO and cross‑functionally with NPD, finance, and commercial teams to ensure our operations keeps pace with an expanding multi‑channel, multi‑market business, while maintaining tight control of costs, inventory accuracy, efficiency, and customer service. You will manage and mentor two key members on the team; Supply Chain Coordinator and Supply Chain and Operations Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand & Production Planning
- Own end-to-end supply forecasting and S&OP process across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and wholesale/retail channels for both brands.
- Translate demand plan into production plans, working with manufacturing partners to ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery.
- Manage purchase order lifecycle from raw materials through finished goods.
- Work closely with the demand planning team for inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations, balancing service levels against storage cost.
- Oversee stock accuracy and WIP tracking; own & build the new MRP/inventory systems.
- Manage product expiration date compliance and shelf‑life planning.
- Manage 3PL and freight forwarder relationships across UK, US, and EU, including onsite visits, KPI review, and pack process for all new products.
- Ensure fulfilment SLAs are met across all channels, including new retail doors as they onboard.
- Retail & Wholesale Operations Support
- Partner with the commercial team to ensure supply chain readiness for new retailer onboarding (e.g. compliance with retailer routing guides, packaging requirements, delivery windows) and ensuring BAU orders are delivered on time and in full.
- Identify and deliver cost efficiencies across freight, storage, packaging, and production.
- Own supply chain budget and report on key cost and service‑level metrics.
- Systems & Process
- Drive continuous improvement across our supply chain systems and processes, including evaluation and use of MRP/inventory software.
- Build and maintain reporting on inventory health, fill rates, and supply chain KPIs for leadership.
- People Management
- Line‑manage the Supply Chain and Operations Executive, providing day‑to‑day direction and mentorship.
About You
- 8+ years' experience in operations/supply chain management within beauty, FMCG, or a fast‑growing DTC/omnichannel consumer brand.
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end supply chain across multiple sales channels (DTC, marketplace, wholesale/retail).
- Experience with international logistics, freight, and customs, ideally across UK, US, and EU.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory/MRP systems.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean, fast‑paced scale‑up environment.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with confidence managing budgets and vendor negotiations.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to work cross‑functionally with commercial, finance, and NPD teams.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
- The opportunity to play a critical role in scaling two fast‑growing beauty brands across multiple international markets.
- A fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment with genuine ownership over the supply chain function.
