UKLASH are the UK\’s leading Lash & Brow brand – and the World\’s No.1 rated. We are in a really exciting part of our journey – rapidly expanding our retail presence in the UK & internationally. This is a crucial new role within the business, working with the Retail team to ensure a smooth day to day running of the International Retail channel. You will support on strategic international accounts, manage existing retail accounts and also drive some new international retail. To succeed in this role, you should be organised, be able to work with autonomy and initiative, whilst being a fantastic team player. You should possess excellent communication skills which will allow you to work cross functionally internally, and with Buyers externally.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head of Sales on key strategic accounts within the international retail function
- Ownership of specific retail/distributor accounts – with guidance from Head of Sales where needed
- Responsible for administrative tasks to set up NPD, new retail accounts and nominate promotions eg. New Line Forms, promotional nomination forms, submitting required company information, assets etc
- Full ownership of tracking international retail EPOS sales, and reporting back to the team on trends, performance and retail opportunities
- Ensuring internal administration files and daily trackers are kept up to date
- Supporting on retailer education eg. providing training tools, delivering virtual training, providing assets etc
- Supporting on in store Visual Merchandising builds – liaising with 3rd party supplier and internal Creative team to ensure activation is to a high standard
- Working with retailer marketing teams to assess marketing opportunities in store and online eg. POS in store, .com marketing activities
- Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, you will have significant exposure to operations inside and outside of the team, offering excellent cross functional collaboration opportunities.
Who we are looking for:
Experience:
- 2-3 year\’s experience in managing or supporting on some of the leading beauty retailers internationally such as Sephora, Douglas, Druni, Primor, Ulta
- Multi-channel and Distributor experience is beneficial
- A track record of opening up new international retail is advantageous
- An ability to work in a fast paced growing beauty company managing varied tasks on a day to day basis, with speed and accuracy
- Educated to Bachelor (or equivalent) Degree Level is preferred but not essential
- Willing to travel to the office in Central London, and internationally when required
- Passion for the beauty industry, with an understanding of consumer behaviour and social media trends within the beauty sector
- Strong commercial knowledge and understanding
- Comfortable with interpreting data and using Excel
