As we continue our journey of rapid growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team and support our mission to deliver exceptional online shopping experiences for our customers.
Your job responsibilities will include:
- Stock data administration and management and ensure stock availability and accuracy on site as well as Titok shop
- Own the B2B order fulfilment process
- One of the key contacts with the 3PL warehouse daily to ensure all pick/pack and shipping requirements are being met
- Creating required shipping documentation and invoices for imports and exports
- Handle stock queries, delivery discrepancies, and returns
- Support marketing and other departments with ad hoc promotional activities which require product distribution
- Have expert knowledge of all supply chain-related systems and Excel
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as the business grows
About you:
- Experience in a similar role experience in supply chain
- Degree/relevant education within Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration or Finance
- A fast learner with great problem-solving skills and an analytical approach
- Familiarity with sales order lifecycle management, supply chain, warehouse operations, stock control, order allocation and fulfilment, and carrier management
- Tech-savvy and skilled user of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
- Experienced user of order- and stock management systems
- An ambitious self-starter with the ability to work operationally and strategically, independently and as part of a team
- Service-minded with great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Competent in building and developing relationships, both internally and externally
- An A+ attitude mindset
