Bókun is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Associate to join their team. This is not a typical cold-calling role; it is a consultative position designed for those who want to master the art of SaaS sales by working with a high percentage of warm and qualified leads. While this role begins as a 6-month fixed-term contract, the company views it as the perfect foot-in-the-door opportunity. Key responsibilities:

  • Consultative outreach: Conduct high-volume engagement with prospective customers who have already shown interest in our platform, moving beyond scripts to have meaningful business conversations.
  • Value positioning: Clearly articulate the Bókun value proposition by identifying an operator’s pain points and demonstrating how the company’s suite of tools (Reservation systems, Channel Managers, and Websites) can help grow their revenue.
  • Business discovery: Act as a brand ambassador for both Bókun and Tripadvisor, utilising a consultative approach to identify business needs and solve real-world challenges for tour providers.
  • Pipeline management: Manage your activity and lead progression within Salesforce, ensuring every opportunity is nurtured and moved through the funnel with precision to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborative growth: Work closely with our Account Executives and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition as high-quality opportunities convert into long-term partners.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly, tell a compelling story, and handle objections with curiosity and resilience.
  • Sales DNA: A results-driven, execution-focused mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
