Stasher is currently seeking a Partnerships Growth Associate. This role is open to candidates across the UK (either remote or hybrid) with regular in-person team meetings.
As a Partnerships Growth Associate, you’ll help Stasher grow by finding, signing, and supporting travel & hospitality partners. This role is hands-on, encompassing prospecting and deal-making, relationship management, and testing new growth ideas.
Key responsibilities
- Research & reach out to new travel/hospitality partners
- Negotiate and close win-win partnership deals
- Manage partner relationships and ensure value
- Test new growth channels to acquire customers
- Track performance, analyse data & share insights
- Spot trends and suggest new opportunities
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in sales, business development, or partnerships (travel/hospitality a plus)
- Fluent English + another European language of the following: French, Spanish, Italian, or German
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Independent, proactive, and collaborative
- Creative problem solver with a passion for travel
