HR Generalist, Vamonos Recruitment

Vamonos Recruitment is seeking an HR Generalist for an adventure European Tour Operator who will support the Head of HR.

This could be your role if you have a background in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Employee relations: handling discipline, resolving conflicts, and promoting effective communication across all organisational levels
• Performance management
• HR Compliance
• Training & development: support and coordination
• Compensation & benefits: Administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and compensation plans to ensure competitive and equitable offerings
• HR data management

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour legislation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Understanding of recruitment and the employee life cycle
• Experience with payroll systems will be advantageous
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
