UKGS is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage void property, building and refurbishment works for social housing contracts. You will oversee our own operatives and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on budget, and to lettable standards across occupied and vacant properties.
Key duties include supervising carpentry, plumbing, plastering, electrical and other trades, planning daily workloads, and maintaining strong liaison with housing officers and residents.
