About The Role This role involves developing, enhancing, and executing operational components of the corporate compliance program, including policies, training, content development, and awareness initiatives to foster a culture of ethical behavior and accountability at UKG. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and a passion for modernizing compliance expectations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Corporate Compliance Operations Manager to improve UKG’s compliance program operations. Work with Legal, Security, HR, and other teams to design, deliver, and track compliance training and policies. Support the lifecycle of compliance policies from drafting to updates and communication. Increase employee awareness of compliance standards and ethical expectations. Create engaging compliance campaigns and communications. Maintain documentation of compliance activities, including SOPs, training completions, and acknowledgments. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor program performance and engagement. Assist with the records retention program to ensure adherence to policies. Support audit requirements such as SOC 2 and ISO27001. Monitor industry and regulatory trends and recommend operational adjustments. Update SOPs to align with evolving compliance needs. Promote compliance as a strategic growth and customer satisfaction advantage. Respond to compliance inquiries and requests. Perform additional duties as assigned. About You Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a regulatory role. Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. Ability to influence, collaborate, and meet deadlines. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Proficiency in analyzing complex data and regulations. Experience conducting compliance risk assessments and audits. Preferred Qualifications Certifications like CCEP, CRCM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC preferred. Experience with compliance metrics, KPIs, and international regulations. Knowledge of GRC tools, LMS, and SaaS environments. Understanding of audit frameworks (e.g., SOC, ISO27001, NIST) and data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA). Experience with FedRAMP is a bonus.
