About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end new business sales in the UK market for our Cloud solutions, targeting companies with 600-2500 employees. The sales cycle typically spans 3-12 months and involves prospecting, inbound inquiries, negotiation, and closing deals.
Responsibilities Include
- Outbound prospecting and converting leads into business outcomes; managing and closing existing deals while developing new opportunities.
- Communicating UKG\’s value proposition through calls, web interactions, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Identifying business issues and aligning UKG solutions accordingly.
- Managing stakeholders throughout the sales process.
- Articulating the value of UKG solutions in relation to business challenges.
- Handling multiple sales cycles simultaneously with strategic focus.
- Occasional travel to customer sites and other UKG offices.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end sales, preferably in software sales.
- Excellent communication skills, friendly and adaptable approach, confident in cold calling and prospecting.
- Strong business and financial understanding, with relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and persistent.
- Team player.
- Proactive \’hunter\’ mentality for new business.
