About The Role
This role involves driving end-to-end new business sales in the UK market for our Cloud solutions, targeting businesses with 600-2500 employees. The sales cycle typically lasts 3-12 months and includes prospecting, customer negotiations, and deal closure.
Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting and lead conversion to productive outcomes; managing and closing existing deals while developing new opportunities.
- Communicating UKG’s value through phone, web, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Identifying business issues and aligning UKG solutions accordingly.
- Managing stakeholders throughout the sales process.
- Articulating the value of UKG solutions in relation to client challenges.
- Managing multiple sales cycles with strategic focus.
- Occasional travel to clients and offices.
About You
- At least 3 years of end-to-end sales experience, preferably in software sales.
- Excellent communication skills, friendly, flexible, confident in cold calling and prospecting.
- Strong business and financial acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
