As a member of the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will maintain and develop business with all customers in your territory by providing excellent training, education, and technical support for Cryo, Pulseselect, and Affera products. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams and provide technical expertise to physicians, physiologists, nurses, and the clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, clinical paper overviews, and maintenance of company products.
- Planning and prioritising clinical, technical, and education programmes with review and input from sales staff and other functional groups.
- Providing procedural & technical support to the clinical team in the catheterisation laboratory or operating theatre.
- Providing troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request.
- Organising and conducting training to customers (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with the sales/marketing team.
- Building strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and influential parties in the purchasing process.
- Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new and innovative products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement, ensuring smooth and successful launches.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Fully trained Cardiac Physiologist with experience in Electrophysiology, IBHRE and/or BHRS EP accreditation.
- Knowledge and experience of the competitive marketplace.
- Previous training/education experience.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and influencing skills.

- Must live in the Midlands area of the United Kingdom.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Benefits & Compensation
Earnings range: £43,200.00 – £64,800.00 per year. Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package.
