We seek a District Sales Manager (DSM) in London to lead a high‑performing sales team and drive growth across the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, pain management specialists, and healthcare providers to drive product adoption and Medtronic advocacy.
  • Foster a high‑performance sales culture through motivation, accountability, and continuous professional development.
  • Collaborate with key account stakeholders to understand their needs and present tailored pain therapy solutions.
  • Partner with marketing and clinical teams to support product launches and physician education programs.
  • Manage district budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize opportunities.
