A Day in the Life

As a coordinator at Medtronic, you will play a vital role in supporting our UK & Ireland business by providing high-quality detailed support to Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams. Acting as a trusted partner, you will help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, enabling teams to focus on delivering innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support to the UK & Ireland Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination of business activities.
  • Manage sales and marketing materials, including literature, promotional items, product information packs, and stock levels to support customer-facing teams.
  • Coordinate logistics and organisational support for exhibitions, customer training events, and other business activities, including liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate databases, internal systems, shared files, mailing lists, and business information to ensure data quality and accessibility.
  • Prepare reports, analyse sales data, and provide business insights through accurate reporting and data management.
  • Create and manage business documentation, including presentations, service agreements, communications, meeting materials, and product-related information.
  • Provide flexible support across the business, responding to enquiries, supporting projects, and assisting teams with ad hoc tasks as required.

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Previous business experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or other business functions within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and with external suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word, with experience preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
  • Experience maintaining databases, managing business information, and producing accurate reports with strong attention to detail.

Pay range: United Kingdom: 31,200.00 GBP - 46,800.00 GBP | This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
