As an Account Executive, Inside Sales, you'll play a key role in helping businesses simplify international payments and grow globally. Working with new business enquiries, you'll take ownership of the customer journey from initial registration through to activation. Using a consultative sales approach, you'll conduct discovery calls, demonstrate the OFX platform, identify commercial opportunities and recommend solutions across FX, Global Payments, Multi-Currency Accounts and Corporate Cards. This is a fast-paced, revenue-focused role where success is measured by your ability to build relationships, convert opportunities and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver platform demonstrations and position the OFX product suite.
  • Build a pipeline and manage opportunities through to activation.
  • Identify opportunities across FX, Global Payments, Multi-Currency Accounts and Corporate Cards.
  • Work closely with Onboarding and Customer Success to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Drive activation, product adoption and revenue growth.

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, business development or commercial role is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A positive, resilient and results-driven attitude.
  • A genuine desire to build a successful career in B2B sales.
  • Experience within financial services, payments or fintech.
  • Understanding of international payments, foreign exchange or treasury solutions.
